How our coaching works
Greytown is a world of loneliness, division, anger, and isolation that C.S. Lewis masterfully crafted in his allegory The Great Divorce. It is often associated with hell, but can easily be applied to a fallen or fractured state of mind that drives us to vice rather than virtue.
It is from this darkness that each of us are called.
John Calvin, the French Reformer, understood this and famously said at the outset of his Institutes, “Our wisdom, in so far as it ought to be deemed true and solid wisdom, consists almost entirely of two parts: the knowledge of God and of ourselves.”
This is the foundation of this entire project.
Working with Aaron
From Greytown is a coaching and ministry initiative designed to help leaders, pastors, individuals, teams, and marriages identify struggles, work through issues, and grow individually and collectively from lies, isolation, and darkness, into truth and beauty. Practically this is accomplished through one-day team intensive trainings and personalized life coaching.
Aaron routinely conducts one day intensives with entire teams in various forms, utilizing the Enneagram, to identify weaknesses and strengths, reset expectations, enhance communication, and increase effectiveness.
Aaron also offers coaching through the Enneagram to anyone seeking refocus in life, renewal in faith, restoration in relationships, or revitalization in functionality.
